As a senior social worker and psychotherapist, Sharon Tilling has worked with people across the lifespan within community services, in child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS), NSPCC, Barnardos and with looked after children in residential care and SEMH schools.

Sharon’s early experience of working in social and mental health services since 1993 has provided the foundation for a career in working with individuals with complex needs. Sharon has experience of working with a range of difficulties including Autism, ADHD, mental health, trauma, social and communication difficulties, genetic disorders, physical disability, and progressive neurological conditions.
